Never Been to Manganui?
We are Mt. Taranaki's Snowboard & Ski Area.
Here it's clear that most of the time,
it really isn't about the gear or facilities at all.
It's about a lot of things.
People and Place always top the list at Manganui...

• Sunday, 11 October 2009, 7:54:50 p.m....a great spring day at Manganui today. Warm conditions; not much wind and lots of sun. T-shirt weather! It was a great walk in and a fun day up there, in 'funky' snow conditions (soft and sticky, skier packed was best). Top Tow was all go and was some great skiing accessed from the lift up there, in the 'Manganui' lift accessed backcountry, and in the valleys.

• Saturday 06 June...our fellow North Island brothers at Ohakune's Radio Zero 94.2FM, drove over from 'Kune, and took some video footage of the NZ's first day of the season, Tuesday 12 May, at Manganui! It has now been posted on our Videos page. Check it out!
