• Wednesday, 28 July 2010, 10:05:20 a.m....We are operational! 10cm of new snow means we can get going again. Get up here before the weekend rain forecast hits!
• Friday, 23 July 2010, 11:01:08 a.m...looks like we are due for more snow from Monday. Fingers (and everything else) crossed we receive enough to get going once more. Check out the NZ Mountain Film Festival events page - 21-29 August at Arthouse Cinema sponsored by Kiwi Outdoors, it promises to be a great showcase of action/adventure movies.

• Monday, 19 July 2010, 1:38:48 p.m....Racing and Training Programme: The Taranaki Secondary Schools Champs will he held at the Manganui Ski Area at the first opportunity arises, then the Primary and Intermediate Schools Champs the next day when there is sufficient snow to allow the running of these events. Contact your school coordinators or see the website or phone the Snowphone for details. We will be conducting a Junior Ski Race Training day at Whakapapa by our club coach Christina Binsbergen on Friday 30 July prior to the Junior National Points Slalom Race. It is open to all junior members and all are welcome. This weekend at Turoa is the Freestyle Jib Nats on 24/25 July. Enter on the day. This will be followed by the Junior National Points Slalom Race on 31 July- 1 August at Whakapapa. You are required to be nationally registered for this event by going to the online registrations at www.skiracing.org.nz. Entries close by Wednesday 28 July so contact Mark for this.
